About Us

The idea for our business started with the desire to combine our love of the outdoors with an holistic approach towards health and wellbeing.
Fundamentally, this focuses on personal development, training and massage, developing our own skills and listening to people. We use coaching alongside our personal training to break down mental and physical barriers. We incorporate our massage therapies with work alongside other health professionals in clinics and based in our wellbeing space. All to achieve positive lasting change for our clients.
Our ethos is based around the individual. We like to understand the person, their lifestyle, interests, challenges and above all set realistic goals to make sure that every session has real purpose and a strong outcome.
Over the decade that we have been working together, we have supported a wide variety of people. Our approach towards personal training will utilise principles and practices in balance, core strength, weight training, suspension training and dynamic movement; depending on the needs and aspirations of the individual.
Our massage therapies can be used to supplement PT, accelerate fitness improvements and enhance recovery. As a standalone service, soft tissue therapy can also promote circulation, improve mobility and reduce everyday stresses, aches and pains.
